The original recipe is from Pioneer Woman Cooks. I used chicken; the smell of it baking is incredibly enticing. Now I really should clean up my mess.

I also did not have white wine. The resulting dish was still delicious and a family hit. I think I need to try to get my sister's recipe to try out. It was FABULOUS!
