What's up with me today and since last I blogged is school planning. As a result my shoulders, neck and upper back are growing more and more stiff and sore. I'm considering a wireless keyboard as a helpful, ergonomic solution.
Adding to the problem is my need for a creative outlet finding expression via knitting, because it's so portable and already on the needles. While I do not feel tense or stressed when I knit, my shoulders, neck and back become stiff and sore. I am at somewhat of a loss on that one...?
Still, I must "crack on!"

I take a supplement called Chondrointin. It really helps the stiffness of joints, neck and back. Sometimes when doing video/audio editing I realize hours have passed and I am so stiff I can't even get up. Taking frequent breaks like standing up or walking around.....helps. :D
ReplyDeleteCan you knit me a man? Thanks
Thanks for the tips, Krista; I am such a focused, driven "workman" most of the time. I will try to adjust myself accordingly, as well as consider the supplement. If only I could knit you a man, I would. <3
