The final D.C. 2012 post

Thursday morning we slept in an extra hour since we had been up late the night before.

This day earned renown among us as “the day that was two days.”

The shower at 5:15 a.m. felt great, but I was extremely tired, so I returned to my bunk until 7 a.m.
